How Do Keywords Work?

Keywords are a way to organize your different campaigns with TextGorilla. For example, a customer can text the word PIZZA into one of your local numbers. This customer will then be subscribed to the Free Pizza Giveaway list. You can then send a message to all of the customers that messaged the word PIZZA into one of your local numbers.
